  2. Post Purchase

Pre-purchase -

The e-commerce customer experience starts the moment a prospect becomes aware of your brand.

Your goal with Pre Purchase is all about how you frame the brand from that first touch point all the way through the initial sale, including ads, landing pages, organic content, etc.

As you begin to get traffic, the problem you now have to solve is; how do you attract and engage and push these people through your e-commerce funnel.

We, as a brand, want them to go from being a stranger who just found us to a friend comfortable enough to make a purchase.
