Let's look at the 4 types of loyalty programs.
like Starbucks or the YMCA where they give you points for certain actions
Tiered program-
****like Delta, where the objective is rank up and achieve a certain level of status in the company.
Paid/subscription program -
like masterminds or Costco, where you have to pay a recurring fee to get deals.
similar to status matching where if you have a certain amount of status with one brand, you get access to a similar status elsewhere like Amex and Hilton.
Each one of these loyalty programs you can make use of it just depends on the nature of your business and what benefits you want to sustain, and at what cost.
